My Memory of Us Trailer – Patrick Stewart X Robo-Nazis

Among the great voices in Hollywood, Patrick Stewart is pretty high up there, he is a fantastic speaker. That makes him a perfect choice to narrate the game My Memory of Us, about a young boy and girl who are separated by war. They’re not explicitly robots-Nazis, but let’s be real… that’s pretty much what they’re supposed to be. I think this is to the benefit of the game though, as it’s clearly trying to be a more whimsical adventure rather than a gritty, realistic one. At one point in the trailer, they’re flying through the air on giant metal platforms under a crazy-looking futuristic Zeppelin.

Patrick Stewart is playing the voice of the young boy in the game, possibly recounting the story to his children/grandchildren. I think that would be a perfect way to make the game seem like a nice little story wrapped up in a neat bow. I don’t think this game is going to end like, say, Inside. Check out the trailer above and let us know what you think, and if you’re excited to hear Patrick Stewart narrate!
