New Breaking Bad Trailers Get You Prepped for Series Finale

Breaking

The acclaimed series Breaking Bad is nearing its finale and hype is at an all time high. With speculation regarding the end of the show a hot topic of debate, it feels like August 11th couldn’t come any sooner.

AMC released two new Breaking Bad videos today – one a catch-up of the show’s past events, the other featuring Bryan Cranston reading ‘Ozymandias’ against the bleak scenery of the desert. While the catch-up video is great, it is the ‘Ozymandias’ video that steals the show. Those familiar with Percy Bysshe Shelley’s sonnet will immediately understand the significance of the poem as a backdrop to the show’s final episodes.

Essentially about the eventual and inevitable decline of world leaders, hearing Breaking Bad‘s main character reading the haunting words lets viewers everywhere that the end of Walt’s story is near. While it is impossible to accurately predict how the show will end – it is safe to say that ‘Ozymandias’s’ themes will be relevant.

Take a look at the videos below for yourself. Feel free to leave a comment below on your thoughts in regards to Breaking Bad‘s ending – how do you think the show will come to a close?
