Walk The Moon – Talking is Hard

After opening for bands like Grouplove and Panic! At the Disco, Walk The Moon is starting to earn some recognition in the music industry. The Ohio-based quartet offers an indie/pop/dance sound that makes their live shows highly energetic and fun. If you want to check them out, they’ll be performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live tomorrow night.

AC/DC – Rock or Bust

AC/DC returns with their fifteenth international studio release, offering a short-but-sweet album that tops off at thirty-five minutes long. Whether a fan or not, these guys deserve tons of credit for still sounding as good now as they did in the past. Extra credit to based Angus Young for never veering from the schoolboy outfit.

She & Him – Classics

The duo of M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel are releasing a cover album this week, full of soothing songs you may or may not have heard previously. The combination of Deschanel’s voice and the simple, yet catchy music is what has helped propel the duo to legitimate musicianship and not just a side act.

Wu-Tang Clan – A Better Tomorrow

Still number one. My pick of the week.

Take some time to listen to some new music; you just might find your new favorite band.
