New PC Version Of Final Fantasy 7 Coming Later This Year

I’ll apologize in advance to those that were hoping to see a ‘remastered’ version, or something similar, as Square Enix are simply re-releasing a newer version of the highly rated 1997 Final Fantasy game for PC later this year.

New features will coincide with it being the Final Fantasy franchise’s 25th anniversary.

One of the new features that the re-release will include is a ‘game editor’, that will allow players to maximize the health, magic and money of characters. And secondly, cloud saves. No pun intended, probably.

Final Fantasy 7 is already available on Steam, but there’s no indication to when this newer version will be released.
