New Video and Screens Released for Evolve’s Observer Mode

Turtle Rock Studios has announced that Evolve is getting a free Observer mode on all platforms sometime soon with a gameplay video and screenshots.

The Observer mode will allow a sixth person to join a 4V1 custom match to provide them with unique camera movements, a specialized HUD, and even a Daisy cam, which will allow the spectator to become a game caster of sorts, or just to more closely study Evolve strategies.

This is a really cool feature for the game and will open it up even more to the esports arena and Twitch streamers who want to share full matches as an observer and not a player. You can check out the Observer mode in action above, as well as below via newly released screenshots.

At this time a launch date hasn’t been confirmed for the Observer mode, but it will be free for all platforms.
