It’s another heavy release week in terms of new video games to play, so let’s get to breaking down what new titles you should think about picking up with your hard earned scratch.

The heavy hitters this week included The Evil Within, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, The Walking Dead Season 1 (PS4/Xbox One), The Walking Dead Season 2 retail edition (PS3/360), and Peggle 2 (PS4). It should also be noted that Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition and Dance Central Spotlight are both coming out this week too, rather than last week.

Other new console release include Pac-Man and The Ghostly Adventures 2, Tears to Tiara II: Heir of the Overlord, Killer Instinct Season 2, and Monopoly Plus. The Vita is getting Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus and Minecraft, while the 3DS is getting Pet 2 Countryside and Pet 2 Beach.

PC only releases include Legend of Grimrock 2 and Autocraft.

Our Recommendation

If you’re done pooping your pants over Alien: Isolation you may want to keep the fear alive by picking up The Evil Within. If you have yet to play The Walking Dead games by Telltale you should definitely pick up the first season for the Xbox One or PS4. Borderlands games are always a blast to play with friends, so if you feel like returning to the world of Pandora and playing on the bad guy’s team, then you should check out The Pre-Sequel.
