World War Z is the new zombie game that we didn’t know that we wanted, and I can safely say that because I played it at E3 last year. It was easily one of the most enjoyable, arcadey, fun zombie shooters I’ve played in a while and was marginally more exciting that Overkill’s The Walking Dead. I don’t know what kind of blast processing they’re using with this game but the amount of zombies that fit on the screen at any one time is truly terrifying.

It’s also very exciting when you have a rocket launcher or a machine gun turret, because those zombies are FUN to kill. While I would have preferred a brand new trailer for the game rather than some images, this will have to do for now. We’ve also got a new look at the Key Art for the game and I have to say I really like it a whole bunch. It captures how painfully tiny you are when pitted against the horde by yourself, this is a teamwork-heavy game for certain.

Check out the screenshots below and let us know what you think and if you’re excited to play the game when it comes out!
