The latest Nintendo Direct won’t leave your jaw on the floor, but it’ll come damn close. Nintendo started off with revealing new information on Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, then followed it up by unveiling the new Poke Ball Nintendo 2DS XL (alongside the orange and white 2DS XL announced later in the event). Kirby: Battle Royale and Mario Party: The Top 100 got me most excited for the 3DS’s future, but I can’t help obsessing over the dream of playing all of these on the Switch.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Morphie’s Law are both exclusive to the Switch, teasing what eventually becomes a wide spectrum of unique gaming experiences. Of course, Super Mario Odyssey kind of steals the show at the end, but I cannot stop thinking about Project Octopath Traveler. It’s an RPG developed by Square-Enix that features some “HD2D” type of graphical presentation—I don’t know. “Alluring” doesn’t cut it; from the name (working title) to its intentions, I am downright captivated by this thing.

Oh, and DOOM and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus are officially going to be released on a Nintendo console. That’s fucking wild. The announcement marked a pivotal realization for me: Nintendo’s grown up. Well, enough to add some more grit to their image—though Mario’s newly revealed nipples probably have that covered.

You can check out the full direct up above. If you don’t have the spare 45 minutes, scroll on down to watch whichever parts you want in whichever order. Your choice.
