Now Carrie Fisher Says She’d Like to be in Star Wars Episode VII

The circle is now complete in regards to the three original Star Wars stars confirming that they’d be down with reprising their roles in Disney’s Star Wars Episode VII, and possibly beyond.  Carrie Fisher is the latest former Star Wars star to confirm that she would definitely be open to playing Leia again in the next Star Wars trilogy.  This announcement comes only a few days after Harrison Ford said he’d love to come back as well, and Mark Hamil also seems open to the idea.

Being a fan of the original trilogy I would love to see the reunion we’ve all been hoping for, but that all depends on the direction Disney takes with Episode VII and beyond.  Hopefully they’ll realize that the original cast is ready to return to that galaxy far, far away, and that a majority of Star Wars fanboys would support that direction with extreme passion and fervor.  You can check out Princess Leia herself telling TMZ that she would definitely be open to making more Star Wars movies in the video after the break.  You’ve been liking where this project may be going…
