Oddworld recently retweeted a message from the mysterious group known as ‘Spirit of 1029,’ creating an air of confusion before releasing the five-second clip found above. Here’s the tweet:

Our operative’s safety is confirmed, we’ve sent the latest transmission. Now they can show the world.#wewillrise

This was soon followed by Oddworld‘s own bizarre caption alongside the revealed clip:

They asked us to show the world. It’s the least we can do for them.
