Online Fight Pits Now Available for Free in Shadow of War

WB has released a free content update today for Middle-earth: Shadow of War. The new content will allow gamers to train up their Orc forces by sending them to battle other gamer’s Orcs in online fighting pits. Gamers can earn powerful rewards and upgrades that can be used to improve their army and continue the battle for Mordor by participating in these online fights. This update is now available for all platforms that the game is on.

The game’s current lineup of DLC and future plans for DLC are outlined below via an official press release.

Additionally, the Middle-earth: Shadow of WarExpansion Pass is currently available for $39.99, or included as part of the Shadow of WarGold Edition for $99.99. The Slaughter Tribe Nemesis Expansion (Available Now), Outlaw Tribe Nemesis Expansion (Available Dec. 12) and Blade of Galadriel Story Expansion (Available Feb. 2018) can each be purchased à la carte for $14.99. The Desolation of Mordor Story Expansion (Available May 2018) can be purchased à la carte for $19.99. Middle-earth: Shadow of War is now available for the Xbox One family of consoles, Windows 10 PC through the Windows 10 Store, Steam, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro.

Set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, Middle-earth: Shadow of War is an open world action RPG that continues the original narrative of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.
