I can’t believe that E3 2012 is already over, and I also can’t believe that I couldn’t get a decent enough Wifi connection while there to cover the events I attended in real time.  Oh well, it is what it is, and I’ve learned my lesson.  Next year if I get the same hook-up, which was amazing by they way (VIP central), I’ll definitely be bringing a personal mobile hotspot.

Anyway, I’m back on a solid connection until my lonely flight back to the Midwest tonight, so I’d like to get out some of the pictures I took during my first day of E3 coverage.  That just so happened to be on Monday June 4th at the Microsoft media briefing, and ended with a very impressive Sony media briefing.  I like what MS showed with the Xbox Smart Glass technology and Halo 4, but outside of that their presser was less than exciting in regards to new releases.  Sony on the other hand was much more exciting with their unveil of Beyond: Two Souls, the Wonderbook, and a memorable demo of The Last of Us.

Please feel free to check out my pics that I took at these events, and excuse the quality.  I’m a one man show, so I have to make due with what I’ve got, and that’s a pair of shaky hands and an iPhone 4S.  Enjoy, and yes E3 as a member of the media is as good as it gets when it comes to being a geek and gamer.  You’ve been thinking that I need a cameraman…
