Play ‘The Border Lands’ a 16-bit Retro Version of Borderlands 2

2K Games has taken their promotions for Borderlands 2 to the next level today by releasing a fully playable 16-bit retro version of the game called The Border Lands.  The game is playable in your browser and can be found here.  For those of you that grew up in the 90’s you may not appreciate this “demake” as much as the older gamer generations, but it’s still a rad piece of marketing that’s more entertaining than watching a TV commercial.  Kudos to 2K for thinking outside the box with their Borderlands 2 promotional campaign!
