Pokken Tournament is now coming to the Wii U, which is freaking awesome, because I think I speak for many fans when I say that I was bummed that it was a Japan-only arcade game.

Now that it’s finally coming to consoles, it looks like American audiences will finally be able to get their hands on the Tekken-style fighter with their favorite Pokemon. Not only that, but a new character has been announced, Pikachu Libre, who uses wrestling style moves combined with the electrical abilities he already has. It’s cool that he’s actually a new character and not just a skin, it’s good to see that they can keep the new characters coming, they have plenty of source material, of course.
