Ramin Djawadi Plays His ‘Game of Thrones’ Theme On A Nintendo Labo and It’s Awesome

IGN gave Ramin Djawadi a Nintendo Labo kit piano to pound on, and sure enough the TV Show and Movie composer maestro eventually picked up its nuances and started hammering out his Game of Thrones theme. You can sense at first that he was a bit uncomfortable with the cardboard piano, but over time you’ll literally see his confusion turn to elation as he starts to work out how the device functions for playing his level of music.

I was initially interested in Nintendo Labo, which are kits of cardboard that work with the Nintendo Switch to create items like R/C cars, instruments, fishing rods, or robots, but I passed on picking one up. After watching this video though, I now want the kit that has the cardboard piano, and no I have no delusions that I’ll be able to do what Djawadi does with it after only spending a few minutes with it.

Check out the awesome for yourself above! You can pick up Nintendo Labo kits today from Amazon.
