Red Dead Redemption 2’s Cinematic Gameplay On Display in Latest Preview Video

Rockstar has released the second official in-depth look at the gameplay of Red Dead Redemption 2, which looks to offer a very tight balance between action and storytelling. The gameplay will definitely be seamlessly woven into the overarching narrative, which will allow players to become better immersed in the experience. You won’t just stumble upon scripted action moments and then return to the story, they’ll play out simultaneously to make the experience as cinematic as possible.

The video also shows how players can choose to approach their Wild West adventure. You can rob trains, stores, buggies, or you can choose to help out a group of hookers. You can go at it alone, or you can team up with your gang of NPC characters. Rockstar has definitely crafted their own take on the Wild West, so check it out above.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to hit the PS4 and Xbox One on October 26.
