Ridley Scott Reveals ‘Prometheus’ Sequel News

Earlier this week, Ridley Scott announced that he was working on not one, but three sequels to Prometheus. This came as a surprise to most fans, as many expected the next sequel to perhaps tie into the Alien franchise, but it appears Scott is going to make fans wait a little longer for that connection.

Yesterday, Scott announced the title for his Prometheus sequel, which will be called Alien: Paradise Lost. As he explains in the video above, the title comes from a poem that shares some similarities with his film, but did not elaborate any further.

It remains to be seen what this news means for Neill Blomkamp’s Alien 5 project, but be sure to check back as more news surfaces.
