SH Figuarts C-3PO and R2-D2 Action Figure Video Review

Star Wars fans, we finally have the droids you’ve been looking for thanks to Bandai’s SH Figuarts Star Wars figure line. The standalone offerings of C-3PO and R2-D2 are simply the best versions of these iconic droids for the 6-inch variety versions of the figures. Their scale is spot on and works well with other similarly sized figure lines such as the Black Series line from Hasbro. The paint applications are near flawless, and the articulations — even for droids — are pretty impressive.

My only complaint is that it would have been great to have LEDs for both of the droids, but all we get are painted lights on R2, and clear eyes on 3PO. R2 also lacks accessories and could  have used a few more arms, at least his data terminal arm due to how often he uses it in the movies. 3PO on the other hand has a solid set of accessories, which include three pairs of hands, a different face with a dent, and his communicator from the Death Star.

You can see these two in detail via the embedded video review below. Good luck finding them for cheap though, because these dudes sold out fast, so eBay may be your best bet at this time.
