Sleeping Dogs Gets a Live Action Short Full of Excellent Stunt Fights

The pwnisher YouTube channel has put out a Square approved live action short for their recent Sleeping Dogs title, which features gameplay that is similar to a John Woo film.  Once again I’ve been impressed with a YouTube project.  The length and quality of the brawl in this film is nothing to balk at.  The first two minutes are a little slow, but once the fighting begins it literally doesn’t stop until the credits roll.

I haven’t played the game myself, but after watching this I’d definitely check out a movie based on it.  There’s just something about martial arts heavy fight scenes that get my inner Bruce Lee all excited.  (Insert Liu Kang sound effects here).  You can check out pwnisher’s work below.  You’ve been thinking the fight scenes in this short rival those you’ve seen in Hollywood movies…
