Snowboarding in First Person – Holding the Hand of God

I’m in the process of preparing for my annual ski trip that resembles the follies from ‘Hot Tub Time Machine’ more than actually skiing, but it’s always good times USA.  Even though I don’t snowboard, I’m always amazed at how these crazy f*ckers fly through the air with a grace that I could only dream of.  Ultimately, I’m a big p*ssy and tend to keep my skis in the snow, but it’s always fun to dream.

That’s where the video below comes in.  A snowboarder strapped a camera to his hand (Maybe), which gives people like me a chance to see what it’s like to get some massive air on the slopes.  The way the camera is being held almost makes it look like some being from the sky is swinging this snowboarder around like a play toy.  I always love how the camera makes things look in first person.  This video is very similar to what some stuntmen did with a camera and some swords.  The finished product almost appears to be otherworldly.  Check it out below.

I don’t know what is more impressive, his snowbaording skill, or the fact that he can hold a camera and still pull of all of these stunts.  You’ve been wishing you had the balls and skill to pull of some sick moves on the slopes…
