Space Invaders, Pac-Man and More Hit NYC in Post-it Format

Video game fans are a passionate group. From outspoken fanboys to those who just simply love their hobby, picking a passionate gamer out of a crowd is often a simple process. This weekend, at New York City’s DUMBO Arts Festival, some seriously dedicated a group of tech and design workers from Big Spaceship and Amplify took their love of games to a whole new level – covering New York with 8-bit inspired Post-it notes of classic video game characters.

Metroid, Space Invaders, Pac-man, and Donkey Kong are just the tip of the iceberg for what these creative individuals have come up with. The super colorful Post-it creations have the ability to put a smile on any gamer’s face.

The 8-bit Post-it art is set to be displayed throughout the DUMBO Festival’s Lounge area. Take a look at the gallery below for all of the nostalgia-twinged art you can handle.
