Sperry To Offer 40th Anniversary Line of Wild Looking Star Wars Shoes

The original Star Wars has been celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, and multiple retailers and product makers have taken advantage of the commemorative event. The latest retailer to jump on the 40th anniversary bandwagon for A New Hope is Sperry, which is a shoe maker that specializes is comfort and style.

Sperry has five pairs of Star Wars themed shoes, which range in style depending on if the shoes are reflective of the Rebel or Empire factions. For example, one pair is orange and has the Rebel insignia on it, which makes them look like Luke’s pilot suit from the Battle of Yavin, while the Empire version is all black and resembles the style of the Death Star. There are also images of characters from the film on certain shoes, as well as some iconic Ralph McQuarrie art.

You can check out the shoes below. If you’re interested in buying a pair, which all will retail for $75, you can sign up for notifications over at Sperry’s site.
