Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse Gets An Intriguing First Trailer

Phil Lord and Christopher Miller are having fun dropping new trailers for their upcoming projects this week, because just one day after offering up the first look at The LEGO Movie 2, the directing duo has now released the first trailer for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

I don’t have much context about this project and if it’s based off of a comic book run, but I do know that it looks visually amazing. Like freaking awesome visuals. I can best describe it as CGI animation with a rotoscope flair. Think A Scanner Darkly, but more of a CGI animation look than standard animation. Check it out for yourself above!
