Spike Lee’s ‘NBA 2K16’ Trailer is About More than Basketball

Acclaimed director (and one-time Reggie Miller nemesis) Spike Lee directed a new trailer for NBA 2k16 that shows there’s more to basketball than playing the game. Featuring the updated My Career mode, the trailer follows a young rising star ready to break out in the NBA. From discussing plans with his agent, to being introduced at a press conference, to winning it all, Frequency Vibrations goes through the ringer. He’s got to deal with the fame, living up to the pressure, and dealing with those from his past who are only looking for one thing. It’s an intense trailer for a sports game, but it also takes things to a new level.

You can pick up NBA 2K16 on September 29th, or September 25th if pre-ordered, and will be available for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
