‘Star Wars Resistance’ Easter Eggs Season 1, Episode 5 “The High Tower”
A brand new episode of Star Wars Resistance finally aired on October 28 (first four have been available on Disney Now since the show’s debut), and like the other Season one episodes, it had a few cool Easter Eggs that were mostly from the original trilogy era. I went ahead and broke them down in the video you can watch above, which only touches on the episode’s Easter Eggs, and doesn’t mention much about the episode’s plot, so you should be safe to watch it without ruining anything plot wise.
There were six Easter Eggs scenes in total, and one of them featured multiple eggs to take in. Most of the little surprises are nods to the original trilogy, with A New Hope getting more than a few eggs dedicated to it. I also believe there’s a Star Wars Rebels reference in this episode, as well as two from Return of the Jedi. I’ve listed them in order of appearance below, but they’re more fun to check out in the video embedded above.
Star Wars Resistance: The High Tower Easter Eggs
- Aunt Z’s collection of Empire Era helmets
- Aunt Z’s Salacious Crumb poster
- First Order Trooper saying “Move Along”
- Neeku’s communicator
- First Order Troopers can’t aim and have stun ripple blaster settings
- Torra Doza’s apartment full of Empire Era dolls, toys, and posters
