Once again I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the creativity of a Star Wars fan.  Japanese sushi chef, Okitsugu Kado, is a huge Star Wars fanboy.  In fact, he sometime spends up to 10 hours a day at his restaurant carving sculptures of Star Wars themed vegetable art.  Yup, I guess sometimes it’s quite alright to play with your food, especially when you can make realistic looking mini AT-ATs out of a veggie.  Kado must have some serious knife skills to pull off these little darlings of nutritional goodness, because as you’ll see below each carving has the detail of a fine stone sculpture.  Kids everywhere now have a good reason to eat vegetables, because now they can help the Rebel forces take down the evil Empire one bite at a time.  You’ve been thinking that was a lame a*s joke…
