Stardock Creates the Start8 App to Restore the Windows 8 Start Menu

Windows 8 hasn’t been unleashed upon the wild yet, but early rumblings about the absence of the familiar Start menu have already cast the new OS in a bad light.  To prove how unpopular Windows 8’s new UI is Stardock has already created an application to restore the Windows 8 menu, and it’s called Start8.  For $4.99 Windows 8 users can buy this plug-in, which will effectively give their Windows 8 install a more Windows 7 feel.
