Stranger Things 2 Gets Even Better With an 8-bit Trailer Remake

John Stratman has released his latest 8-bit movie/TV show trailer remake video, and this one features the Stranger Things 2 trailer. Once again Stratman has fully recreated the trailer using only 8 and 16-bit visuals from the golden era of pixelated video games.

This approach makes so much sense for the Stranger Things universe considering that it is set during the 80’s when video games all sported the retro visuals seen in this trailer remake. It just feels perfect for the era of the show, and the visuals and video game setup work perfectly to depict the main events from the Stranger Things 2 trailer.

Head on up above to check out the 8-bit version of the Stranger Things 2 Trailer.

Stranger Things 2 is returning to Netflix for its second season on October 27, 2018. The full season will be available to binge on that day.
