Japanese RPG fans in the United States have been left out over this current generation of consoles, but a few titles have managed to be successful with western gamers. One of the series that has made some headway in the States is Tales of Xillia.
The sequel is set to launch sometime in 2014 for the PS3, and based on the new Tokyo Game Show screenshots for it, the developers haven’t lost their touch. The visual design oozes JRPG flare with its emo inspired character design and pastel color palette.
A firm release date hasn’t been announced yet, but you should expect to be playing Tales of Xillia 2 in 2014. In the meantime head on down below to check out the new TGS assets.
