The Amazing Spider-Man Movie Gets Ported to an 8-bit Video Game

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is almost in theaters here in the U.S., so the CineFix YouTube channel has created one of its stellar 8-bit movie makeovers for the original Marc Webb directed Spider-Man movie.

In standard 8-bit Cinema fashion the CineFix crew ports The Amazing Spider-Man movie into an 8-bit styled video game to tell its tale. I can usually pick out the game that they used to create these bits, but this episode has left me stumped. It’s definitely an old school RPG, but I just can’t nail down the exact game.

Either way this version of The Amazing Spider-Man is even better than the overly long live-action version, so get ready for the sequel by checking out the 8-bit video game version of the original film above.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set to hit theaters on May 2, 2014.
