The Definitive Reenactment of the Death and Return of Superman

John Landis’ son Max has a beef with Superman so he decided to round up some of his Hollywood buddies to reenact the death and rebirth of the world’s first superhero, which he considers to be a gimmick to revitalize the Man of Steel with comic book fans.  The result is a live-action retelling of how Superman’s death was cooked up, and it couldn’t be funnier or more true.  The A-list cast really helps to sell this humorous project, and it’s quite clear that they all have a passion for comic books as is evident by their participation in this project.  The Death and Return of Superman project clocks in around 16 minutes long, but it’s well worth the time investment.  Check it out below to see what fanboyism is all about!  You’ve been digging the birth of Doomsday scenes…
