‘The Expendables 2’ is Getting a Downloadable Game for XBLA, PSN, and PC

Ubisoft announced today that they will be releasing a downloadable video game based on the upcoming The Expendables 2 manly men fest.  The game itself features a story line that will lead directly into the film, so it’s a sequel of sorts.  Gamers will be able to play with up to three of their buddies for some frantic local, and online co-op action.  Each gamer can take on the role of four of the movie’s characters in Barney Ross, Hale Caesar, Yin Yang, and Gunner Jensen.  At this time a release date has yet to be announced, but like I mentioned it’ll be exclusively digital, so you’ll be able to grab it for your PC, Xbox 360, or PS3 when it does release.  You’ve been thinking there better be some violence in this game to match the movie’s gore…
