The First Aquaman Trailer Gets Remade Into a 16-bit Genesis Game

John Stratman is back with a new 8-Bit trailer remake, although this time around he definitely used double the bits, because his Aquaman trailer feels like it came right our of the Sega Genesis’ catalogue of games.

Every time I watch one of these I can’t help but be taken back to my childhood thanks to all of the time I spent playing NES, SNES, and Genesis games with my buddies and neighborhood gang. I’ll never forget that simpler, but more challenging era of video games, which is probably why I enjoy these pop culture movie and TV show trailer remakes.

Even though I’m not fully sold on the Auquaman movie, I do like the 16-bit trailer more than the actual version, so head on up above to check it out.

Auquaman hits theaters December 21, 2018.
