The Improved Neighborhood Mode in NBA 2k19 Gets Detailed In New Trailer

2K has released a new trailer for NBA 2K19 that shows off The Neighborhood mode that was first introduced last year. The video details some of the changes that will be in the new version of The Neighborhood, which include the ability to ball at night with new day to night transitions, training at the Jordan rec center, or playing some 3 on 3 street ball matches.

Those are just a few of the activities and features players can explore while in The Neighborhood though. It also looks to provide some sort of social place for players to play casual games like dodgeball, or to just run around and be silly. You know, kind of like how kids and people play in their own neighborhoods? Get it?

It also appears that you can level up your own ballers through this social place, so it definitely looks like a fun mode to explore in NBA 2K19.

The NBA 2K19 Standard Edition will be available on September 11, 2018. The 20th Anniversary Edition will be available on September 7, 2018. Pre-orders for both editions are available now.
