The Killmonger Vs Black Panther Waterfall Fight Gets a 16-bit Video Game Remake

StratmastJ is back with yet another awesome retro video game remake of a pop culture film, and this time he’s remade the Killmonger versus Black Panther waterfall fight from Marvel’s Black Panther flick. As usual Stratman has nailed the essence of the scene using only colored pixels and an old video game engine to bring the duel to retro video game life. To me it looks like he used Street Fighter one as the game model for this remake, but I could definitely be wrong. Guessing what game or games were used to bring this little web gems to life is always half the fun of watching a new release, so if you have other ideas, leave them down below via the comments.

I have to add that the retro video game music — done by Kenny Mac — is also a nice touch, because it does mirror the movie’s soundtrack for this scene. Although, it has that chiptune charm to it, so if you’re a fan of that style of music, or just like being reminded of your childhood (for my fellow 80’s babies), then you should also check out this cool little retro remake of a Black Panther movie scene. Do so now above!
