The Official Solo: A Star Wars Trailer Is All Over the Place But Hopeful

We got the tease last night for Solo during the Super Bowl, and now this morning we got the full trailer, which is kind of scattered but offers hope for this standalone Star Wars story. Unlike the teaser, the full trailer finally gave the world the best look at Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo, and while he doesn’t look or sound like Harrison Ford at all, the overall film looks more interesting than I thought it would be after all of the chaos of its production. I’m not going to get into every detail of the trailer, because I plan on breaking it down in a separate post, but it does offer a sequential look at the film’s plot, which features Han and Chewie joining up with Woody Harrelson’s character to become part of some sort of scoundrel super group.

Head on up above to check out the first official teaser-length trailer for Solo: A Star Wars Story. The film opens on May 25, 2018.
