The Red Solstice, the Self Described StarCraft Meets Aliens Game, Has a Release Date

Nkidu’s The Red Solstice has been given an official July 9, 2015 release date and a new single-player campaign mode that can tack on an additional 7-30 hours of content.

The game’s 8-player multiplayer mode is already trending well on Steam, and I’ve personally taken it for a test drive and enjoyed it for the most part, so this indie highly tactical, squad-based survival game may be worth your time and money this July if you like what you see.

A new trailer and a batch of screenshots have been released in support of the game’s official release date announcement, both of which you can find after the break.
