One of the more talented artists that I keep tabs on through Twitter is Stephen Byrne, mostly because of his animated/comic book style of art. He created the awesome Star Wars 7.5 Comic Strip, as well as many other bits of geek art we’ve shared on our pages, so it’s no surprise that he’s being featured again for his latest piece of fan art.
Like most of Star Wars Nation this past week, Byrne has been inspired by the two Solo trailers to show off his appreciation for one of its main characters. That character is none other than Young Lando, who is being played by Donald Glover. Byrne captured the debonair rogue in glorious fashion by showing off the pop of his yellow pimp suit that he wore in the trailers. He also set it to a vivid yellow background, which really makes the blue accents spring off the screen. The animated style also works quite well, and it really exudes Lando’s confidence and pimpness.
You can check out the full image below, and you should also give Byrne a follow while you’re at it, because if you appreciate his Lando piece, you’ll definitely enjoy the rest of his gallery.
