Toshiba to Offer Glasses-less 3D Qosimo Laptop on 8/16

Don’t get me wrong.  I’m a big fan of Apple now, but that doesn’t mean that I can’t oogle at other pieces of technology.  Toshiba has officially announced that its Qosimo F755 gaming laptop will hit retail on August 16th, and it will sport a glasses-free 3D screen just like the Nintendo 3DS.  This little beast will sport a Core i7 processor, 6GB of RAM, 750GB hard disk, Blu-ray drive, and a GeForce GT 540M GPU.  Not too shabby for a f*cking laptop eh?  This 3D wonder will sell for $1699.99 and should be at most major retailers that sell gear for geeks.  If you were hoping that this thing could upconvert your old 2D games to 3D you’re gravely mistaken, but supposedly there are plans for that functionality in the future.  So what do you think?  You’ve been wondering when the whole 3D fad will go away…
