Trains in Tokyo Have Lightsaber Handrails!

In a move to help promote the release of the Star Wars saga on Blu-ray in Japan, some of their subway cars have been fitted with lightsaber handrails.  Oh f*ck yeah!  These aren’t just metal poles wrapped in some crappy lightsaber wallpaper either.  The lightsaber handrails actually light up when a button is pushed on its hilt.  Now that is some clever marketing!  How come we don’t get advertising like that over here?  Oh yeah, probably because some degenerate a-holes would vandalize them to the point where it wouldn’t even be worth the investment.  God bless the US!  You’ve been wishing we could have lightsaber equipped subway cars…
