Twist Control Takes Over Xbox 360 Interface Very Windows 8-ish

Microsoft unveiled the new look of the Xbox 360 Dashboard interface, which they’re dubbing Twist Control.  Anyone that has used a Windows Phone 7, or has seen glimpses of Windows 8 will instantly be reminded of those UI’s upon seeing Twist Control.  MS was ultimately forced to condense the Xbox 360 Dashboard due to the fact that there’s over 20,000 individual pieces of content offered on the platform.  The new UI should make navigation more simplified, and for those gamers who own a Kinect they will finally be able to control the entire Twist Control interface with both motion and voice controls.

Personally, I think it looks pretty slick but I’m sure some Trolls out there will figure out ways to sh*t on it.  Some people just don’t like change, especially dense people.  So what do you think of Twist Control?  It should be available before Christmas 2011.  You’ve been eager to get twisting…
