If you’ve seen Avengers: Infinity War, then you are well aware that it didn’t feature many of the shots shown off in its trailers. A few of the missing trailer scenes are quite glaring, such as the absence of the good team charge at the end of most of the trailers, or the fact that the Hulk was at one time supposed to bust out of the Hulkbuster. For one reason or another we never had these trailer scenes in the final film, and while some may have been altered in the final film, others are just flat out missing. Who knows why either, they were probably cut for pacing purposes, but the hero charge at the end of the trailer not being in the final film does seem a bit odd. Maybe if time gets reversed in Avengers 4 we will see that charge after all, but for now it’s just one of those moving marketing shots that looked awesome but for one reason or another wasn’t awesome enough for the final cut.
Anyway, Mr Sunday Movies has released a video that breaks down all of the missing Infinity War trailer scenes from the final movie, so you can see exactly what changed from trailer to screen above. If you haven’t seen the film yet you really should do so today, so check out our spoiler free review and head on out to your local theater stat!
