Water, Sine Waves, and a Camera Provide Awesome Optical Illusion


It’s been awhile since I last featured an optical illusion from the brusspup YouTube channel, but his latest trick is well worth a viewing by EB Nation.   In it brusspup takes a sound source and some running water and then films the effect that the sound waves have on the water.  The result provides an effect that makes it seem as if the running water is floating in mid-air in a zig-zag pattern, and it’s mind boggling.
