E3 is finally over for another year, and we can all retreat to our holes till Gamescom arrives this August. Until that time, we can be playing the releases between now and then. Many of you may have been waiting for EA’s latest UFC simulator EA Sports UFC to arrive, but for those that have not; you should prepare yourself for a relatively quiet week.

Sure, its not all bad, with the Wii U getting its own release of the popular 3DS title Pushmo, in the form of Pushmo World. Besides this; for the farming fanatics we have Farming Simulator 2014 for some portable harvesting! And if that’s not your thing the excellent Tropico is making a return with Tropico 5 on PC. Overall though, it would appear to be a slow week in terms of whats coming out. It may well be somewhat silent, but you can always check out some of our E3 previews if you find yourself bored with this week’s new video game releases.

Our Recommendation

The obvious one here is most certainly EA Sports UFC. With the ability to play as Bruce Lee (see the feature image), and EA finally harnessing the power of next-gen consoles, this could potentially be the best UFC yet. If you are a fan of the sport, and previous entries in the franchise, you would be mad to pass this one up.
