Have you ever wondered what an old console would cost nowadays? Lucky for you, someone took the time to create a graphic that lists the major console releases all the way back to Atari. Here, take a look:



The consoles that jump out are the NeoGeo and 3DO, which would both cost over $1,000 at today’s rates. Granted they were expensive when first released ($650 and $700 respectively), which probably explains their lack of staying power in the gaming world. The biggest increase from original price to now goes to Intellivision, jumping $635 in 25 years.
