Why You Should Revisit Rogue Trooper Redux’s Nu-Earth

Rogue Trooper is a third-person shooter from 2006 that received average to good reviews for the most part, and had a BAFTA-nominated screenplay. I’ve never played the game myself, but it seems to have a decent following and unique gameplay and mechanics… for 2006. I’m sure that the Redux version of the game will be serviceable, but just look at the playing field right now in terms of shooters. If a new game like Lawbreakers can barely get off the ground, what chance does this game have? I’m sure die-hards will buy the game, but let me tell you, I’ve never played it, and the remastered visuals are not really selling me here. Of course, be your own judge and check out the trailer above and let us know what you think!
