United Daily News in Taiwan is reporting that Apple has been sent some test screens for a rumored iPad Mini. The iPad Mini would supposedly have a 7.8″ screen that runs at the current iPad’s resolution of 1024×768. For now any information in regards to an iPad Mini is all based on rumor, but it does beg the question of would you buy an iPad Mini if the price was right? I have the iPad 2 and really can’t see a smaller version of it being as useful, but for those users looking to get into the tablet market at a reasonable price the Mini could be an option. I just don’t see the whole iPad Mini idea taking off, and just like the iPhone 5 I won’t believe in the iPad Mini rumors until Tim Cook shows it off at WWDC 2012. I think I’ll hold out for the iPad 3, but for users looking for a cheaper iPad option, this rumored Mini may be right up their alley. You’ve been thinking that 7 inches isn’t that adequate…
