After months of speculation and a couple of nice leaks last night, Microsoft opened their 2016 E3 press conference with the predictably named Xbox One S. Boasting a 40% slimmer profile, 4K video and HDR gaming, 2 TB HDD, internal power supply, as well as a newly redesigned controller, the console looks to be a welcome and much needed refresh on Microsoft’s console. Retailing at $299, the Xbox One S also represents a shot fired in Sony’s direction.
